Amazing product

Really does penetrate and leaves hair much healthier looking, but you have to leave it in your hair for the required period of time. Has a pleasant, fresh smell, but isn't overpowering. First used this at my stylist's salon, it is the only conditioner they use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I love this product, I've been using it for 20 years. It smells like coconut with a hint of banana. Not a single knot when brushing my wet hair after using it. You only need a little amount to feel the difference.

That first reviewer clearly doesn't know how this product works. It is a treatment, that you need to use weekly and it will strengthen and reconstruct your hair like the same suggests. It is not full of silicones that will give you that instant conditioner gratification result! You can use a detangling spray after or a conditioner if your hair is tangled. Just use a normal amount once a week to coat your hair and let it sit and then rinse, follow with conditioner if you need to.

I was amazed to see such poor reviews as i have spent thousands on expensive salon products for my thick frizzy, wavy, u ruley hair, no lie! My mom is a hair dresser and I lived with well water for years and nothing worked. I would cry brushing and detangling my hair until I found this product LINE.This product in conjunction (I stress use with the shampoo and conditioner) is a God send. Joico works on adjusting the hairs PH level. It is an actual treatment system. You wont use just the shampoo and be like wow.. But if you use it with its conditioner you would notice a difference. If you use the matching shampoo with conditioner, then use this deep penetrating conditioner once a week, pft your hair will literally transform!!! Is The more you use it the way its intended as a system, the more you'll love it. I use this system on colored hair, even coming out of chlorinated water, or high iron deposited well water. i use to break brushes on my hair, and nobody at the salon could help until this game changer. So, for those of you who say its garbage, I challenge you to stop globbing on more product and think more will help and use the entire system as it transforms your hair with each stage adjusting its ph level. Honestly, you wont recognize the smell, texture, elasticity and overall health of your hair if you do. I follow up with its a miracle ten product for detangling, and my hair is flawless!

I have been using this product for 20 years after my stylist recommended it. I have fine long hair so I use this product sparingly. There is nothing like it in terms of strengthening, adding protein, and fortifying the hair shaft. I use a small amount once a week and do not put it on my roots--just mid to ends. I leave it on for 5 minutes and rinse out well. It smells awful (to me) and the viscosity is strange, but it works! I put a small amount of product in my palm then dip my hair in my palm and gently work in in with my other hand. I have over a thousand dollars of hair products and be a product rep with all I own and have tried, but this is a stand alone and does it for me. My hair is strong, healthy and beautiful.

I don't know what is in this bottle BUT it IS NOT JoiCO k-pac Reconstructer. It was clumpy, smelled like dead Rose's and old perfume. This is a product I frequently use and have never came across this issue when purchasing it from ANYWHERE else. Even comparing it to the rest of what I had in my last bottle (which I purchased elsewhere) it looked nothing like it, felt nothing like it or smelled anything like it.

The product was very very watery, clumpy and did not work as well as the ones from the salons. It's either fake, old or the dud products meant to be thrown out from the factory. It smells terrible too. Also the bottle was not all he way full. Will not be buying again from here.

Appears to be a knock off. I gave the same product from the salon and totally different. It's gross smelling and like curdled milk.
