I have loved this shampoo for many years.
I have been using this shampoo for many years. I color and highlight, double-process, my hair which dries it out pretty bad. I use this shampoo and a conditioner which leaves my hair soft and shiny without weighing it down.

No Truth In Advertising!
BUYER BEWARE…The details of the order clearly stated with pump. You sent me the joico shampoo WITHOUT A PUMP. VERY ANNOYING-WHEN THE DETAILS OF THE ORDER CLEARLY STATE “WITH PUMP” Truth in advertising! Have you ever heard of it? Won't be buying from you again! Buyer beware!
