Joico Moisture Recovery Treatment Balm
This product exceeded my expectations. I recently began using the shampoo and conditioner at the recommendation of my new hairstylist. I got great results and decided to try this balm. My hair looks shiny and healthy. This balm makes it much more manageable. I have been disappointed by other products in the past because they were either drying, too heavy, or left my hair overly greasy looking. This balm gave my hair the silky smooth look and feel that I was aiming for and is color safe. Walmart had the best price for it

Do not by on Walmart!!
I've been using this for over 5 years and I don't know if it's the seller or the manufacturer but like the previous person said this WILL NOT COME OUT OF YOUR HAIR!! It's almost like this is hand lotion instead of conditioner. I tried using baking soda to get this out of my hair to no avail. I thought let's check and see if it's just be and low and behold the very last comment said the same. SCAMMED!!!
