I've noticed a real improvement in my knee pain and joint disconfort. The frequent cracking sounds have reduced significantly, amd my mobility feels smoother, specially during workouts. I also apreciate the clean, natural ingredients and the fact the capsules are easy to take and have no aftertaste.

Excited to try this Joint Food. Having trouble with my joints hoping this can ease some of my discomfort. Joint Food is clinically tested tamasteen fast acting & long lasting. 60 capsules, they are pretty big size if you have trouble swallowing capsules. Helps joint cartilage and connective tissue support, joint lubrication (synovial fluid) support, inflammation response support. You take 2 capsules daily with water preferably with a meal. Great packaging. Going to try them out and if it works great for my joints I will be getting more.

I received the product for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I have been taking this flor a little while. The product has great ingredients such as turmeric that can help to reduce inflammation. Also tamarind and mangosteen. The only thing I don't really like is the size of the capsules, its a little too big for me. Overall, it is good.

The dosage is simple; take 2 pills with water daily. Can be taken with or without food. The capsules are of average size and are easy to swallow. This product works to improve overall joint health and mobility by supporting and lubricating joints and helping with inflammation. My husband has knee joint pain and a bad Achilles heel. This product has made a noticeable difference in reducing pain & inflammation for him in his knees which is amazing for him as he is a mailman and spends most of the day on his feet.

I have been taking these for a few weeks now but I'm not positive if they are working a little bit or if it's me hoping they are working. I feel like I need more time to see how well they actually work. Easy to take and don't cause any sort stomach which is great! I will continue taking them and hope they help me.

Joint Food Capsules by Nordic Health Living are not too shabby. A bit pricey for what you're getting. I understand that it has a proprietary blend of ingredients, but I'm not too fond of not listing a clear ingredient list. I do enjoy that these are good quality seeming ingredients, no strong smell, and easy to take with a meal. It has helped the inflammation on my knee after working out, and allows me to sleep without some of the joint stiffness that plagues me occasionally. I know there may be others out there that aren't as pricey and can can do the same things, so for that reason, I may not recommend.

I have been taking this for over a month and though I haven't seen a difference yet I can report that it does contain a lot of amazing ingredients that is to help with inflammation and joint relief. I am hoping I will see an improvement as I continue to take these daily. I rated this 3 star since I haven't seen a change however I can report there is no bad after taste which is a huge plus.

I want to know exactly what I'm taking here and know it is in an amount to actually do something. Wasn't excited by the mysterious proprietary blends. I want to know more but I am not ready to add two more pills I am not confident in to my daily routine.

These joint food supplements are targeted for joint flexibility targeting cartilage, inflammation, and lubrication. The pills are quite large and a bit hard to swallow. There is minimal taste. I took these as directed for 2 weeks and unfortunately noticed no difference or improvement with my joints. They are a bit more expensive than regular supplements that claim to provide the same relief. In conclusion I did not see any difference while taking these and the price is a little high in my opinion although results may vary from person to person.
