We love how these look and the comfort of them.. They are great quality and woupd definitely recommend these . They only thing I can say negatively is 1 of the screws were stripped and they sent 2 of the same sides , but emailed them and they sent a whole replacement right away. No problems. perfect for backyard lounging.

This was easy to assemble, but I was missing a piece of one of the chairs. It is comfortable and looks good.

I like the lounge chairs they are a nice combo. Nice looking and heavy that they don't blow away. BUT….. one came damaged and I'm having a very hard time getting a label. This in fact is Not Walmarts fault they have been over the board nice and try to help So today I got a guy named Eric and he is getting me a label to I can return it and get what I need. I have visitors coming and I need this chair. So supposedly in 24 hrs I will be able to return it for its replacement. Walmarts AI gave me a number to Joivi to get a label after weeks of trying but when i called it no k e answered it. This was through Walmart Marketplace Soooo I called Walmart back and they are still trying to help me. Everyone keep your fingers crossed for me 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

This is a great looking chaise lounge. BUT the cushions do not stay in place, especially if the wind is blowing.

The base looks nothing like was in the catalog and when I tried to return it, they won't take it back. Good luck if you purchase something for them and you need to return it. Very bad for them considering I was gonna spend another 6000 after spending 4500 their loss.

I just purchased these two chairs and have had them approximately one week. The cushions are saturated with water from the rain and took two people to lift them off the actual chair to dry out. These are supposed to be water resistant. I would like to return these. Please tell me the next step I need to do.
