there's several jolly ranchers in the pack that are melted and/or have the wrapper half off. This is my favorite candy by far!

Old candy
I am very upset that I just received this bag of candy, and the Best By date is March 2026!!! 3 months before the Best by date expires!!! How old is this candy? This is actually a Christmas present for my son, I don't know if I should give it to him now. Some of the pieces do look old. I just bought a bunch of candy today, and the expiration date of the Skittles is Feb 2027! Why does the bag you sent to me have a best by date of March 2026?
