When I opened the box, I didn’t see any cushions or any instructions. After removing everything, I realized that the cushions were vacuum sealed and stored inside of the chair and ottoman. I tried pulling them out but it was very difficult. So I cut a small hole into the plastic and then air began to escape and the cushion started to plump up a little. I was then able to remove the cushion and the rest of the plastic. After that it was just a matter on screwing the feet on. The tools to do that come with it. The whole process is about 10 minutes maximum. The chair and ottoman are beautiful. Comfortable and soft fabric. I like the neutral beige color, it’s a light, bright and soft warm color. Will go nicely with many different colors. I’m very happy with my new chair :)

Very sturdy, super easy to assemble, and comfortable. This was a good value buy. Time will tell how stain resistant it will be as I have many kids in the house but I think it will hold up for quite a while. From the feel of it I think it would catch a lot of pet hair but this isn’t really a flaw of the product. I’d recommend this to anyone.

Bought as a day bed for spare room cant wait to set it up! Will update with pics

Unfortunately, this was only one piece of a complete set advertised as an entire set. Yes, the photo was of just one piece but the description and everything else said that it was an entire set. As a chair for a small home or small space, it looks really really good and it was very easy to put together. The only drawback is that there is obvious signs that it should connect to other things and you would have to cover them or disconnect them. Photo comparing this dupe to a Kirkland cloud dupe.

Peaces missing so we can't put it together. It is a beautiful color Beige. I will have to try and contact the seller about the missing sections.

Service was really poor to me. I clearly told them the rear side of the building. They took him four days to deliver it and when they deliver it, they put it on the front of the building and I stated I'm disabled.
