The design of this modular sectional gave me the storage I needed. And was easy to put together. Was able to use in a 1 bedroom apartment. My only issue was that the vacuum sealed cushions were a bit wrinkled but they have diminished in a couple weeks.

Perfect fit for my new home. A little shorter than I expected but that is an easy fix. I just bought the adjust about furniture legs to give it a little more height.

When I got my order it was missing a whole box to the couch each individual section of the couch came in one box and I didn't recieve the last box till a day or two later but besides it being small it's a pretty good decent couch, what I paid for it definitely not, plus the cushions to it don't have that much cushion so that was another dislike I had but other than that I like it

Nice couch for the price but did not receive all the pieces of the couch. Now trying to contact seller to get rectified, which is a pain in the behind. Consumer beware, you get what you pay for.

The couch is a nice design but it is a lot smaller than I expected. I'm going to recommend for a family of girls. It's not built for my house of large teenage boys.

it took almost 3 weeks to get all 6 boxes. one week3. after calls and emails to the manufacturers 2 more boxes the 2nd week. and yes i have patience but not anymore cause 3 weeks later and over a full day on the phone with walmart.com i got a 3rd box /w the manufacturer saying to take this box and put it with this box to "make due" with a missing seat they was no longer available. so trust me i wouldn't give them 1 start but i have too.

Pros: The couch was easily assembled It was designed for small spaces, but does have ample storage Cons: The product had some dirty spots (some looked like rust, and some looked like dirty handprints) The size is scaled down compared to most furniture. It sits low, and it looked like a children's couch when compared to the other furniture in the room. It is not meant for taller/larger people. The couch is very cheaply constructed. The cushions are only a couple inches thick, and the pillows are very small and flat rendering the useless. THE BIGGEST CON IS THAT THE THIRD-PARTY VENDOR WILL NOT RETURN THE ITEM.

I knew I was taking a chance when ordering furniture online, but the product page said free returns so I took a chance. The product arrived in three shipments and we only opened and put together one piece. It was easy to assemble, but so small! It fit our 10-year-old nephew perfectly, but not so great for adults. The cushions were very firm, but may have softened over time. The number one reason I would NOT recommend ordering this is the return process. While I did eventually get a full refund, the process was ridiculous. Constant back and forth and the seller trying to convince me to keep the couch by offering minimal discounts. I couldn't stress enough that the couches would not work for us. They were going to have me pay part of the return shipping costs, but after more back and forth, they finally relented and sent me return shipping labels and refunded my money. While I did appreciate them holding true to their word of free returns, I wish it wouldn't have been such a hassle. So just be very sure that this couch will work for you before you order and don't expect an easy return process if they don't. Personally, I would look elsewhere.

Product is low quality, but not as low as customer From the company that built the couches not Walmart. Cushions are very weak and thin, and the couch overall is very short.

This is a great little couch for a dorm. Ours came with a broken hinge and 2 missing legs. My 1 star is for customer service. I have sent three requests for help with the issues, and have received no response so far.
