I would like the sides higher. But it seems to run ok and be comfortable, but its only been haft a day. when I got it the charging plug in the side, was flatten so I could not plug it in. It's been a week and now the control Butten for up is sticking down. They sent me a new control right away and it works, but up is down and down is up, just have to get use to it.

I love the couches but I feel like it's not for long term use. the framing could be more sturdy for the price .

This is a good chair, especially for the price. It was pretty easy to put together after a couple of mistakes. The instructions were a bit vague, but the pictures helped.

I've never had trouble putting a recliner together this was the worst I've ever done too many pieces too many screws to put in zippers that don't stay and are hard to get together it's just they should have had more of stuff done at the factory and shipped it out it's awful would not recommend it to anyone

I was sent half an order. The delivery took several days longer than initially advertised and when the complete pkg came it was wrong and deformed. I cannot use the product! I'm very overwhelmed with this move and this is so discouraging. I received two left ends and one of the ends didn't have the screw holes at the bottom, so not only couldn't I complete the couch set up (can't use two left ends needs one left and one right they are not reversible)! The second left end did not have the holes to screw in the chair feet so I can't even use it as a separate chair. If u look - there are 3 pieces that connect, two ends and a middle . Look at the ends they are both left ends. And one doesn't even have holes for me to connect the feet that's why it's leaning. I'm so irritated I waited an additional 4 days just to receive the wrong defective piece! Never again!

i wouldn't recommend buying anything from walmart. i canceled the sofa and it was delivered anyway. i have made 16 calls to your customer service and over 10 messages to jonpony to get it returned. i need them to pick it up and refund my money. all i get is a runaround and no pick up. or refund. i am 71 years old and have had a stroke. thee sofa is still in their original packaging and the 3 boxes are in my carport waiting to be picked up.

ive been trying to return it since the day it arrived and jonboy and Walmart keep giving me the run around, so i hired an attorney, they should be contacting you, because your site says your responsible for all third party associates and it even has a 30 day return policy on the the third parties website, you ruined my holidays and will be heari g from affirm that financed it and my attorney!

DO NOT order a lift chair if you are disabled like me, Walmart will NOT help you I have talked to 15 customer service reps in 8 days-cause this incompetent seller Jonpony tries to give you an OPEN box and only 1 box. Even though it CLEARY states on box in several places box 1 of 2 and this chair comes in 2 packages-Walmart sent seller 4 emails-NEVER a response to me, FINALLY after getting NO WHERE I sent chair back to Walmart- and STILL waiting on refund so I can get a chair with amazon, etc

I would highly suggest to not purchase this couch as it does not live up to the expectations that the description gives it. it sits so low to the floor that when you sit in it your knees are pretty much in your chest. there is no support on the back the cushions are not thick like the picture shows they are really thin. you can feel the bar on the back of the couch because of how small the cushions are. when sitting in it you almost sink to the floor. because the seat cushions have no support at all. and if you want to return the item the company will give you grief on returning it. very disappointed in this product. I would say this couch is probably worth about 150 to $200 not $700.

Furniture is very small. In the description, it states that it is 30 height. It's absolutely incorrect. The picture itself shows a normal size sofa, but the back of it is lower than my back.
