This Jonpony draft chair is very comfortable, supports my back and I love the adjustable foot rest! Plus, the arms are adjustable in height, depth, and slight angle; very ergonomic! This chair is also perfect for my standing desk. I'm very happy with this task chair. I have no issues climbing up onto the chair (5'2"), and appreciate the reduced neck and shoulder strain after long hours at work as I can better see my monitors. This chair far exceeds the comfort of my prior chair.

I'm 6 ft and this chair was too high for me. On it's lowest setting my feet dangled. That is way too high. I can't even work at a stand-up desk with this chair. The directions awful. I didn't get any directions and the ones I found online weren't helpful. They did not label the arms of the chair left and right you had to figure everything out as you went. The chair materials for the base I was impressed with they were actual metal, not plastic.

I had it assembled in no time. I have rough finger tips, and they do not snag. I like how it doesn't have the arm rests, and the convenience of leaning back.

the chair came quick and was easy to assemble. It looked great and it was quite comfortable for about 4 months. a few days ago I learned back into the chair back and the back came off, spilling me backwards out of the chair and onto the floor! The angle of the my head was such that my head neck took a good portion of the impact. it's really a wonder that I didn't break my neck! the chair was superb up until the back came off which is why I was generous with the 3 start rating. had the chair back not failed it would have been 5 stars all day long. I'm going to see if the warranty is still in effect and if it is honored by the manufacturer. If I am able to get a repair, a replacement or even a refund I will return to this review and give it all 5 stars. I hope it's not a complicated ordeal, wish me luck!

When I opened up the box and saw how everything was just tossed in willy nilly my first thought was OMG this was designed for a giant! I'm 6 feet tall and I weight around 400 pounds I wanted a chair that would hold up and roll easily. I think they chair will probably hold up but good grief it does not hardly roll at all. Most of the chair is made of oversized heavy duty parts except for the wheels they're average plastic wheels with no motion. I have a vinyl floor and I have to scootch the chair along to get it to move and half the time I'm the one moving while the chair stays still. I am so disappointed by this purchase I can't even describe how badly I feel. Other rolling desk chairs I've purchased over the years went together so easily usually it didn't take me more than 15 minutes. This chair was a nightmare, there was a sheet of paper with drawings but no descriptions or explanations I had to pretty much guess which screws to use on which part. Holy Cow instead of supplying me with screws that I could use a screwdriver on they had hex nuts and sent a hex tool for tightening. The only thing is the tool didn't fit into the all the spaces. The screws were really difficult to screw into the chair. Some of them were seriously difficult to get in. Absolutely nothing was pre-assembled. Not even the very bottom piece I had to snap and secure ever single spoke then I had to wrangle the non-rolling wheels into the spoke. Oh man, that was a chore. I only got half of them in most of the way and hoped for the best that when I sat on it they would go in the rest of the way. Had I known these wheels were not going to roll I would have used the wheels from my last chair. The seat and back on this chair are HUGE! I do mean HUGE! They are so oversized it's unbelievable. If you have a 3 foot wide bottom you will be right at home with this chair and it has a super high back, no idea why the back is so high, it's like throne high and the "Lumbar Support" in the back is a joke. First of all it's very much like the wheels it's barely moves and you need both hands to move it. It only adjusts by about 1/2 inch at the very most. All the adjustment tools are sad. The tension setting under the chair is very very difficult to turn and not much happens when you do get it turn. The adjustments on the arms is very slight. Also the arm rests are super wide and totally hard so they are not comfortable to rest your arms on them. The seat is well padded and it shows every speck of dust and dirty that it comes in contact with. It doesn't do any good to try and brush the dust off because it stays right where it is. Sadly there is not cushion cover so no easy cleanup. Yes, I wanted a taller chair but this is crazy at 6 feet tall I have to jump up to get onto the seat and I can't get onto it fully. I feel like I'm going to fall forward. The seat has a lot of cushion but it's so uncomfortable because it's so huge and super hard. The seat is so far up in the air.

assembly instructions could be clearer. description was misleading as the height of the seat. it states lowest height as 21 inches but 24-25inches is the lowest it will go
