Just what I needed it's Comfortable fits in the back just perfect and it wasn't very hard to put together and I just love it thank you

I liked this product for the most part, the only issue I have is the seat itself seems to lack in padding, its there but it coulda had more, but that might be me. Also the footrest seems pretty narrow to me, I have to squeeze my legs together to even use it so its a bit uncomfortable, and it bends down a little when I put my legs up on it. other than that though I love it. It stays up, the reclining part is nice. Overall I really do like it. And the instructions were clear mostly, though the one step where the bar for in back of the back part of the chair into the bottom part (T bar) the end was bent, but the picture does not really show which direction that bend should go. (bend goes out from chair btw).

This Jonpony chair is a great quality and price. A good choice for overweight people.

It's a rather comfortable chair but the piston does not always maintain it's position. one can find itself sitting on the floor. I really don't know how to receive a replacement piston. Perhaps you could inform me of how.

Bought this for a Christmas present and once it was put together it was missing the piece to connect the back of the chair with the bottom of the chair. Called the number listed on the instructions and you leave a voicemail for a call back, once they called me back days later said I had to send them pictures of the box, receipt, items missing, barcode and other documents just to receive the missing piece after they review it and could take up to a month to get the piece to make the chair functional.
