I needed this chair. My old chair broke, so I ordered this chair. I went by price, but also by size %26 weight it will handle. I'm overweight and needed a chair that wouldn't falter under my weight. This every nice chair has the open mesh backing, which is a plus as I'm hot natured. It holds the weight and keeps my back cool as well. The chair is lightweight and easy to roll around. I like the adjustments available and the back bolster as well. Cushion is nice, we'll see how it lasts under the weight. Overall, since I needed a chair, I'm glad I got this one.

I am giving this chair a workout. I have a 5-ft high walkable crawl space with a cement floor. I'm 5'8 and it's very difficult to walk around down there so I bought this chair and I'm using it to scoot around from place to place, as I work on revamping my storage areas. it is nice looking with a comfortable seat. I am finding it stable and it is serving its purpose. My complaints are these: this chair is rated for 300 lb. I am 200 lb and there is no way a 300 lb person would fit in this chair as I am finding it snug. Secondly, I know I will need new wheels since they will wear out rolling around on concrete; there is no place to order replacement parts. I've only been using it for 2 weeks, and it seems good so far except one day it was making some creaking noises so maybe something slipped out of position - I'll let you know if I end up in a heap on the basement floor. I did not want an expensive chair to start with because it was not sure how good of an idea this was for crawl space transportation. Bottom line - I like it, I just wish it was wider and I knew where I could get the exact wheels for this chair.

Not enough padding/cushioning on the seat, where I sit, it makes a creaking noise if I move in the chair like when I get up to stand or when I sit down. I read it was supposed to rock but I cant figure that out and I feel like I'm falling forward both sitting and laying back in the chair, I dont see a way to fix that. But the heat %26 massage are nice. Also can't find a customer service number to ask questions. Also there's a hole where the remote goes.

The chair was smaller than I thought it would be.

I would consider this chair on the small side, definitely for teens or smaller adults. I'm 5'4", about 180 lbs and it's uncomfortable for my legs. The back of the chair is much more curved than shown in the photo, making the seat about 20% unused space in the back. The instructions are not great, if you buy this, you're gonna want to attach the back to the arms first, then to the seat. I find it feels unstable, even in the locked position, it wobbles more than it should. With the exception of the plastic screw covers, all the parts were there. Took two people to put it together. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this chair.

I ordered the chair to be put together. It was not put together. There's a big hole in the bottom of the box. It looks like parts of missing. It was left on the porch in the rain. They didn't try to cover it up with anything and the chair just is in very rough shape. Would not recommend selling it. I would've steer people from mine if I was there as they tried to buy it.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this office chair was a complete letdown. Once assembled, the chair felt unstable and poorly constructed. It wobbles, the back doesn’t feel securely attached, and the overall build quality feels cheap and flimsy. The materials look and feel low-grade, and I honestly question how long it will even last with regular use. Overall, this is not a good value at all. Between the poor quality, confusing assembly process, and unstable design, I would not recommend this chair to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and invest in something better.

I imagine nothing wrong with the chair except for it was a child's chair for a senior adult that's why it got the rating is that had it been a chair for a duck it would have probably got a good rating I don't know what you all were thinking about thank you make sure you let people know the size of the chair

Extremely uncomfortable once assembles and the second day I had it I leaned back the back support snapped in half not only did it pinch me but now I had to remove the whole back part and don't have money for a replacement, so I'm literally sitting at a desk eight hours a day with a chair that has no back
