This chair arrived quickly. I paid less than $120. It is very comfortable for a 5'6" woman. Easy to use and change the height and/or position of the chair. I should have ordered this much sooner because my back no longer hurts.

For a big man like myself working in a high desk area this chair is perfect. Comfortable and breathy with the mesh back. No real complaints accept after putting the headrest on do not try to take it off. Otherwise fantastic chair and makes the long days of sitting a breeze.

It's a great chair very easy to put together and very comfortable. I'm a big guy and I am really enjoying this for my workbench. I highly recommend it.

This chair is great! It's wider than my last desk chair which allows me to cross my legs. Easy to assemble and very soft cushions. I'm 5'4 and the back cushion comes up to my mid-back.

I wasn't able to test it out before I bought it and didn't realize it was not as adjustable as I was thinking it would be. I recommend you always try before you buy. This was not quite the right thing for me.

My dislike is this. their description is backwards. They say and I quote. •Stable Mobility: Equipped with newly upgraded casters that move smoothly under pressure and automatically break when unpressurized, ensuring stability and reducing noise. This is listed under key item features. So when you set in the wheels lock and makes it hard to move around, plus I think it will damage the wheels or the floor. 1 star The removable armrest gloves move around easily making it awkward and uncomfortable. 1 star The backrest and seat cushion are comfortable. 5 star price. 4 star overall. 2 star It would be nice if the casters work like there's supposed to. i did order after market casters I hope that works.

Overall it wasn't too hard to put together. The shock is holding up so far (I've had it about a week) but the left arm doesn't stay up (it has a plastic limiting element to it that doesn't work well) and the seat leans forward so it feels like it's trying to dump you out of it. I'm well under the weight rating, so I shouldn't be having these issues. If it was more manageable size wise, I would consider returning it, but it is too cumbersome to attempt. I should have saved and done more research first…

This item is terrible do not purchase. The quality is very low. The item is not safe. After installing and attempting to sit in it, I have now put it on the curb for trash pick up. I would not in good conscience give this chair to anyone. It is very unsafe.

Great chair. I can't get it to lower more than 29 inches from the floor. I am 5'9 and i can't get up into the seat. It's too high.
