1. How easy this chair was to put together it literally took 10 mins 2. . Very comfortable to sit in and sleep in . We have never bought anything online I was nervous but you can download app have access to when delivery is which was on time .

Barstools are beautiful and have an expensive look. However, the base of the stools are almost featherweight. These are so lightweight on the bottom that my 3 and 5 year old are toppling when trying to get in them. If you don't hold it, they topple. I also don't like that they don't go higher than average bar height. The material isn't velvet but more like faux leather. Other than that, the material is soft and easy to clean. Oh and the assembly instructions aren't that clear, but pretty easy to figure out when you realize you can only put 4 bolts in either the back rest or seat bottom, your choice, but it can't be both.

these chairs look nice but are not as comfortable as they look. the seat is hard! to pull the foot rest up, there is a weird pull toy kind of handle on the inside of the seat. the footrest doesn't come up high enough or lock in. it doesn't stay reclined for napping. you can barely feel the heat. overall, i hate these chairs so much cant wait to be able to buy new ones.

The quality seems to be lacking. The bar at the base of the back support, jabs into your lower back/spine. Maybe from being vacuum sealed for so long, but there's hardly any padding on the back, not at all like the picture looks. I never felt the heat, I really didn't leave it on that long, though, that could be why. The "Massage" feature is basically just varying levels of vibration, no real massage feel. The fabric is shiny, not like microfiber I've had before. I think the general idea of the chair is good. It could stand to have way more paddimg in the back rest, though. On a positive note, the arm rests are really fluffy. The ability to take things off by zipper to be cleaned is cool, though. If you're looking for a lower quality recliner, this is the right one for you, just not up to my expectations.

Chair had been opened and repacked and resold to me. Part BL metal part has been damaged. I am elderly and had to pay some one to assemble. I didn't know. I had received a pre opened damaged chair.

They make it sound like this is an oversized chair that will fit a large person, but it is for very short people or children and nobody over probably 225 lbs

I just want a refund, the chair is not comfortable and doesn't recline well. Assembly was fine other than the foot, I can't get the velcro to stick, the color is not what I expected.

Terrible quality, showed up with marks on the fake leather, as well as on the base. I found them extremely difficult to put together. The holes that were drilled did not line up with the cushions, I followed the directions to the word and ended up drilling new holes, and therefore do not trust that they will hold the weight of my children, needless to say a grow adult.

Beware these chairs have a manufacture defect where screw holes are not drilled in proper places! The bottom piece of the chair also came with a deep scratch on it
