Directions were very clear. Nice material. Grey is a perfect color for match with my other furniture. Real good price. Exact amount of parts packed that were needed.

Assembly was a bit tricky. There was an imperfection in one of the parts that we had to modify. Once it was put together we were quite pleased with it. It's a roomy seat and comfortable for a large person, but the chair itself doesn't take up too much room. It's pretty quiet to operate.

Was very happy with this chair when I received it. For the money you can't beat the appearance or the quality of the chair. I was apprehensive about purchasing it because of the price and never buying something so expensive on line but I'm glad I took the chance!

recliner is very comfortable and two cup holders and pockets provide plenty of places to put things. there was a little more assembly than I expected but for the price I have no complains.

Fairly easy to assemble, but came in a box that smelled like polypropylene, took a month of the chair sitting assembled in the garage before the smell finally went away. It's a nice chair, but it's definitely made for smaller people. As a 6ft 250lb man, it's not the most comfortable, but I could see my granny liking it.

Assembly was not as hard as I had thought. however, the quality of the arm rests and seat cushion were poor. in my opinion. I bought the chair on sale for $250 and I believe that I would have been okay with the purchase if it had been $199

I recently purchased a pair of recliner chairs, and while they were super easy to assemble, I was disappointed to find that both chairs arrived with noticeable stains. It looked like they came straight from a dirty warehouse, which was really frustrating! Initially, I considered returning them, but with Thanksgiving around the corner and family visiting, I ended up keeping them. However, I wouldn't buy these chairs again. Another issue I encountered is that some of my family members found it a bit challenging to push back and recline. Additionally, once you recline, you lose arm support, which makes it a bit awkward and uncomfortable. It's tough to explain, but it just feels odd not having support for your arms while trying to relax. Overall, while these chairs might seem like a convenient option, the stains and lack of comfort have left me doubting if I made a good purchase. I suggest looking elsewhere if you want recliners that are both clean and comfortable, but if you're short on money and like the look of it go for it.

When the chair was delivered, the shipping box was damaged. Parts of the chair were missing, most importantly, the power cord to operate the chair was not included. When I reached out to customer service, I requested a replacement cord, but they were only interested in me returning a chair I was unable to lift.

FIrst of all, the chair that is in the picture is not the product we received. We received a JONPONY electric recliner, but none of the extras that is pictured. The first one we received was damaged upon arrival. A new one was sent and no complaint at all on the service. Very good communication after emailing the complaint. However, the recliner is okay, but not a very sturdy product. We did not pay much, so all is well.

Box came to all pieces. Seller was no help. Do not buy this cheap chair.
