I was nervous about my purchase after reading reviews but the chairs are fabulous. It took our handyman 1 hour to put 2 together. They are so comfortable!

Purchased this recliner for the bedroom. You can fall asleep easily in this recliner so that pretty much sums it up. I'm going to purchase another one for me! Service, price, and delivery were A , as well.

Very nice and comfortable chair. Came in super fast! Comes in 2 packages and not the same day. Kinda scared me at first but they both came in. Reclines, super soft material, swivels, heats and massages. Would highly recommend.

This chair was very easy to put together. The color is nice and meets my expectations. The chair is very comfortable and just my size. I really enjoy the massage that it give with a couple choices to choose from as well as duration of massage. The heat doesn’t seem to get too hot. I love how it rocks/ swivels and reclines. Overall very satisfied with quality of product for price.

This chair is really quite a wonderful chair! The color we picked was just perfect. We chose Gray. The chair does not take a lot of room yet is extremely roomy. The assembly was unusual, but it didn't take us long to put it together. We love the fact that it has cup holders it has the vibrations and Heat, but we have not used those yet. There are pockets on the side and pockets in the front and it's really comfortable to sit in. We also like the fact that you can rock in it and swivel plus lay back. This is the chair that has it all, and I mean has it all!! We are very very pleased with this chair! I think it is a great value for what we paid for it and it is a quality piece of furniture.

It's a nice and comfy recliner. I don't like that it mentions it has a usb charging port or charger when that is not true. The head/back rest assembly is pretty simple, except for which way exactly the metal bar should be.

I received the chair, took it out. The package went to assemble it. They were broken, screw, falling off the chair as I was flipping it over to install the rest of the parts then noticed the school is falling off the bottom of the chair meaning that whether the handle brought the box i received the chair, took it out. Comes in two boxes not back of chair and bottom of chair it’s a metal frame in one box and pieces in the other box. So I call it build a chair!! Not funny!!anyone else get this? I can’t even find a video showing how to put together!!

This chair is a nightmare and a piece of junk !!!! The chair was advertised as a recliner and it won't RECLINE !!!!!!! It will go back and constantly pop back up,,,and I mean POP back up. !! I am 83 years old !! The leg rest stays up and I have to use my hands with help to push it back into place. The chair was advertised as a recliner for seniors, This senior needed help to get out of the darn thing because the leg rest won't budge. I'm surprised Walmart would be engaged or sell on its name a defective item like this. It has been a total nightmare and I want a refund ASAP.
