the instructions weren't very clear and I could not figure out where the cords connected to each other for the vibration and heat. trying to contact the company was insanely impossible! but everything was there in the end and I love the chair so it's all good

The chair is hard for one person to assemble. The footrest is hard to put back, so I have to do that with my hands. If you have weak legs it's impossible to do. Also, the zipper covers are not large enough and they stick out somewhat. I am pleased with the heat and massage features.

I had Trouble with the Zippers on the arm rest, It's the first time ordering a Recliner online, it's not Bad my next one I will purchase in person The Price on this was very reasonable. The Massage is Great I won't probably use the heat. I've only had it a week but No Complaints so far.

at 5ft 3 this chair is too big for me to sit back without 22 inch pillow at my back. nor can I close the footrest by myself due to being short. To do this by myself, I have to hop off then turn around and lean down to push the foot rest into its lock position. Cant feel the heat function at all even without the pillow behind me. Wondering how I can get this contraction sent back or sold to someone else before I get personally hurt!

This chair is nice in appearance and seems to spin around. OK I’m a handyman, but I found this to be time-consuming to assemble it. The bottom pad seems flimsy and after a week or two and the bottom cushion seems to be half shot already. It’s very soft and fails to support you but allows you to sink deeper into the chair.

Chair is cheap, not worth it! They ship after your delivery date to a company that lost a full size recliner 3x was out for delivery 2x a week apart. 2 day delivery turned into 2 weeks. Do Not Buy anything from them. They completely don’t care about their customers! I sent more than 10 messages, and the only response I received was”your package was delivered yesterday “. Zero reasons why Zero help Crappy recliner Walmart wouldn’t take any responsibility even though they sell these on their site

I’m still waiting on parts to assemble one chair tried to return no luck it was all on us to pack to ship Walmart couldn’t help call the number no help sent emails to seller they don’t understand what I need I received the same email back 5 times, after I sent pictures of the instructions of what was missing. Received a email saying they were sending. Still not received. So disappointed so I’m out a chair. Just put it in the storage building and forgot it. Lesson learned!

I was looking forward to the gliding rocker recliner however im extremely dissatisfied with this product! the back of the chair is extremely thin and feels like your leaning against a wall cover by a blanket. It is not at all comfortable! Also the arm rest have little cusion and are way to low.

I am not able to use this item because I cannot get it in my apartment. My neighbor had to slide it in my apartment but he cannot put it together it's still in the box. Fedx was to pick up on Monday now it's Tuesday and I have not heard from anyone what do I need to do to get this item out of my apartment and get it taken off my charge card.

Description with vibrating massage,usb port, no lever on pictures , made me think I was ordering electric recliner. It's manual and works so hard i couldn't get to come up. I have arthritis so does me no good. My husband is going to try to use it but even he had trouble getting to recline
