I purchased this for my 96 year old grandfather. He loves the ease to which it helps him our of the chair, without sacrificing comfort. It is a cuddly alternative to help put up his feet at the end of the day! He's extremely pleased and already trying to talk us into another one for a different room in the house!

I like the chair hard to sit in for shorter people. I am 5'9” and cannot sit so my lower back hits the back of chair I have to scoot back after sitting. When sitting and reclining my head needs support from pillows to be comfortable. Great for a taller person. Massage and heat functions are good.

It's a nice chair! We will see if it holds up!

My currant lift chair was damaged during our move from Washington State, After shopping around for a replacement this chair was the best value with a few bells and whistles. Fairly easy to assembly.

The chair filling was very weak. Back slump over. I got filling 2 boxes and filled the very top of the back rest but was afraid to put any where the heating mechanism is. The wood sticks out on the back rest bottom area. I have to put a pillow there to recline. Didn't recline as far as the picture. I went back to my old recliner put this in my living room. I sleep in a recliner for my back pain. I also bought a recliner chair cover and on the very top of back rest put a pillow to make it higher for my head. Pictures 1 after assembly 2 where I put filler at 3 chair cover to add pillow on ver top of back rest. I would not recommend unless you are 5 foot tall.

I didn't receive the motor power supply box for the chair. I can't finish putting on the cushion or test it. I've been waiting for a response from the seller for 3 days now. As it sits, it's a very heavy and expensive padded chair. Not what I paid for.

What a horrible chair, it didnt even last a week, before it sat to the side, I finally got approval for the return and product was returned, Im still waiting for my refund its been over 4 weeks, Walmart does not stand by this purchase even if there name is on it, and they dont help. Do your self a favor, pass on this product.

I t came in lots of small wooden pieces it doesnt stay together extremely difficult to assemble the fabric onto the wooden pieces, Its the worst thing i have ever bought online i do not want to keep this Its junk. Not worth the money i paid
