I love the chair, however, it moves way too slow getting up and down, and the chair arms are not firm enough for use in getting up. Otherwise, I love the way it sits, the fimness when sitting in it, the size, and the comfort. Overall, I would rate it a 7 out of 10.

Did not look like the picture. Did not have the 2 pockets in the front, did not have a place to plug in the phone. Was not as fluffy as the picture but it does lift up as stated., Paid for assembly so I guess it was easy for him because he had all the tools needed. Delivery and assembly appointments kept being delayed .

This chair is very cheaply made. The fabric is thin and cushion is thin as well. There is no frame between the chair and footrest and the padding wads in between the chair and footrest when you close. Back is very thin and you can feel the frame when you sit back. Would not purchase from this company again. Sent one back because the control stopped working after a month, Terrible product

The driver threw the box in my yard. The covers for the arms was horrible to put together and cover. I cannot believe everything is zipped together.

The chair arms are covered with thin material covering the wood. It was painful because the wood isn't covered in padding. It's not the quality I was expecting and I'm upset because the wood hurt my 96 year old aunt's leg when she sat down. There's no protection other than the layer of fabric on the sides of the seat.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. It is not as advertised. It is poor quality, and not very well put together. It does not have hardly any cushioning in the back. When contacting the company, they only talked about how it would be a loss for them if I sent it back and wanted to give me a 25% discount when contacting the company, they only talked about how it would be a loss for them if I sent it back and wanted to give me a 20% discount for another purchase and told me to sell the product myself for the original price, but who would want to sell it for the original price when it doesn't even work right? Very poor quality starting with the box. The box itself was broke open and re-taped all over. All corners were open or had parts sticking out. Material was damaged

The chair is hard to assemble. Wood is rough, and will tear material if not careful. The padding is thin, very very cheaply made. Chairs are very small. I am 5'1 inch and I feel to big for this chair. Would like to return.

This was very flimsy, and the "professional assembly," done by an Angi's List subcontractor was negligent and horrible. The guy regused to give my 81-yr-old Mom his name, andbsaidbtonjust look it up on Angi's List. THEN the first time my Dad sat in the chair and leaned over a bit to get something off his tray-table, the entire arm/that side of the chair, popped off the frame. My 90 yr-old Dad, who is blind, hard-of-hearing, and who can only stand for a few seconds for seating changes, fell right onto the floor, barely missing hitting his head on the corner of the coffee table. Walmart gave refund for the chair, but Angi's List hasn't been as easy to work with--PLUS, My Mom paid approx $70 for "professional assembly."
