I had a surgery in my shoulder and sleep in my recliner for two months and I feel so good. The best part was a fast delivery and easy assembly . I love it.

It is ok, wish I could have touched it before buying but it works for me, hope it last, not as strong as my old one.

Poor quality. Not enough padding, can feel hard construction. The appearance is not like the picture, it has these puffy arms and back - ugly! You can't just raise the feet! So, you have to sit all the way up or lay all the way back. 😡

So disappointed. The sale price was so inflated that I actually thought I was getting a quality piece of furniture at a great price. Nope, that's not what you'll get if you buy this chair. I'm stuck with it too because I don't have the resources to do a return.

nobody from jonpony China site will even contact me . I had to go thru Walmart. Walmart says ohhh they are 3rd party sellilers with a China number that I can't call. and no email . I'm very disappointed in this chair..this chair was junk. the material was like a car seat cover material. it's lobsidded . the reclining part wouldn't go down at all. my brother pressed the arrow and after one minute it wasn't reclining. then It slammed down and closed reallllyy hard. his feet and legs hit the ground and the chair smashed his cat (his cat is ok) but she was hurt badly. it is horrible.looks absolutely nothing like the picture. I tried calling the China number and it's not available. no email has been returned. Walmart can offer a return but I have no way to return and get another one 😂 nopeee never again!! $chair was org $500!!!! we paid $269 and it was horrible

The adapter for the heat/message feature didn't come with the parts for assembly, so it can't be used! The lift/lower time takes too long. The center of gravity is off, so the chair can tip over if you lean too much to one side! The padding on the arms is thin and you can feel the material that the arms is made of coming through! If I hadn't already thrown my other chair away, I would've returned this one, but I wouldn't have anywhere to sit. THE NEXT TIME I WILL BUY ONE FULLY ASSEMBLED, So I can test it out before I purchase it 🤬😤😡

I ordered these two chairs and I can't even rate it properly because they delivered it to the wrong house and they only refunded me for one chair and one warranty I didn't get refunded for the other one or the other warranty so I pretty much lost Walmart and they Don't seem to care Walmart is going downhill if this keeps up I'm going to go to Amazon I'm getting tired of the bad customer service for a multi-billion dollar company they don't sure act like they care about people
