This is one big box. As you can see in the picture, I have a walker. Yes, I am currently healing from a lower back injury from work. The delivery guy brought it in because im currently at home by myself. Soon as my family members get home from work, I will have them put it together for me and come back with a picture of the chair....... but i can say great price for this.

I ordered this recliner for my husband. He had a stroke and it is hard for him to get up out of a chair. It arrived in a small box. I was able to put it together by myself. My husband loves it.

Very nice! Love the heat and massage. I got this in case of an upcoming surgery to help me get up. It also lays all the way back to sleep in. 5stars

Could be more stable. The massage is a little loud and not really awesome. The chair works very well and is comfortable and it does what it's supposed to do which is very good wow.

The power recline and lift function are very good, the chair cushions are okay but need to be thicker and more plush considering it is marketing it for larger people. The arm rests need to be held on to the chair better.

It's not bad looking. It's smaller than it looks in the picture. It's flimsy. It almost feels slightly thicker than cardboard. But it works. It makes it much easier to stand up. I have really bad knees. The heat and vibration does feel good on my back. It's a little better than I expected for the price. But to be safe, I did take out an extra warranty. And lastly, I'd you are a large person, it won't work for you.

hapoy with the comfort and support of chair. The colors nice. A little confusing with esy goo many smzll parts thzt othdr chairs have fone suvh as the back frame. you must put it on then covet it. the power buttons work well and quiet. But the biggest problem is idk if its because being usex by allot of older folks or not but the speef of the chair to go down is very Slow. Hope this helps. Ee will.keep it and it is comfortable to sleep in.

Not quality, unstable, especially for the elderly. arms are constantly loose, do not lock in. Is not level at lowest level. It dies come packed pretty neat. Assembled it, looked it over, wouldn't let my 99yo mom even try it. WM should credit for repacking if they are going to sell products that they mostlikely nevrr saw... Don't understand so n e of the raving reviews... Oh, it's going back...

The back and seat have thin padding. There is a gap where the seat and back meet, offering no padding. The arms have a bolster type pillow on top of them with zero padding covering a sharp edged wooden surface that makes contact with your hips if you aren't dead center in the seat. All in all, it's not very comfortable. Pad the wood block arms and extend the cushions in the seat and back.

I ORDERED THIS RECLINER BECAUSE OF THE GOOD PRICE AND THE MULTIPLE FEATURES THAT HANDICAPPED PEOPLE LIKE ME NEED. A FEW HOURS LATER I FOUND ANOTHER RECLINER IDENTICAL LIKE THIS ONE WITH IDENTICAL FEATURES FROM ANOTHER COMPANY $35,00 CHEAPER. I CALLED WALMART TO CANCEL. WALMART SAID IT WAS A "THIRD PARTY SELLER" AND I WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I GET THE ORDER TO RETURN IT. I GOT THE ORDER TODAY. IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE. I AM HANDICAPPED AND DID NOT HAVE ANY MEANS TO GET THE HUGE BOX INTO MY APARTMENT. DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS TO LEAVE BOXES AT THE BACK PORCH WERE NOT FOLLOWED. I CALLED FEDEX TO PICK UP THE BOX AND WAS TOLD THAT THE BOX DID NOT QUALIFY FOR PICK UP BECAUSE THE 3RD PARTY SELLER DOES NOTACCEPT RETURNS.
