Very comfortable! Assembly was easy, instructions were clear all parts were included. It supports heavier people, the foot rest is adjustable and has enough height for a standing desk. I do find that the seat back makes sitting seem a little far forward and you have to hold yourself up with the foot rest. Other then that it's a very nice and sturdy chair. The arms lift up making it easy to get in and out of.
This chair is very comfortable and rolls amazingly on all surfaces. The only thing that would make it better is if it tilted... still 5 stars!

This chair is awesome for anyone with lower back or knee issues. Super cute and comfortable.
The Jonpony tall office chair is a solid choice overall offering good stability for its price. However, the back rest feels a bit uncomfortable during long sitting periods and I noticed a few uneven stitches in the upholstery. Despite those small flaws, It's sturdy and functional chair.
The chair is hard to move when sitting in it. When not seated and you move it forward the wheels spin in a circle. I thought the swivel would make it easier to move- WRONG. I thought it might be the wheels so I replaced the cheap plastic ones with rubber in line skate type. Well that didn't work. It's a decent chair if you don't need to move.
They sold me a defective product and then would not respond to a request to provide a replacement part. This is not in compliance with the warranty that came with the product. Terrible business ethics. Would not recommend company or product.
