I ORDERED UMBRELLA ON THURSDAY JULY 30TH IT ARRIVED AUGUST 1ST, MY HUSBAND INSTALLED IT VERY EASILY, IT LOOKS GREAT, THE FABRIC IS FAR SUPERIOR TO THE ONE WE HAD BEFORE. IT WAS ALSO MUCH CHEAPER. I WOULD DEFINITELY ORDER FROM HAYNEEDLE AGAIN.

Nice quality, not much usage in a good breeze, but to be expected

We were looking for a large off set umbrella, for our patio. It needed to tilt in order to block the setting sun. So far so good. The color is very vibrant... I will see how it looks at the end of the summer. It was not hard to put together, but a little difficult trying to figure out how to put the umbrella up as it is all manual. ( our other one did not moved you just cranked the handle) but once we figued it out it was fine. Had a very hard time fining the brinks needed to hold it down. It really should have about 200 lbs to hold it in the wind. Again so far so good. we are really enjoying dinners outside again.

It's a bit flimsy and it's quite light. I placed 4 50lb barbells around the feet to hold it down when extended, and you are going to need that much weight when the wind blows. Stitching in umbrella is coming out in multiple places right out of the box but I think it's all just extra threads so it may not unravel. Had to tinker with the top part to ""clip"" the top of th umbrella into the top fitting. Had to figure it out because the instructions are quite terrible for this. A little awkward trying to figure out which if the steps to do first when putting it up and down because there are 3. All in all decent.

The umbrella broke after one week!!!!!

Broke with in 75 days, jist beyond return date. Dont buy

I bought this last july and I used all summer and then I've used. Today, I tried to use and found the holding string is cut. I know it is cheap one but I thought at least it can last a few years.

I was putting together the umbrella and the buttons that you push in to attach the umbrella to the frame, push inside the pole. Had to take a screwdriver twice to try to get them to pop back out so that I could attached the umbrella. Knew that this alone would be a problem. Glad I did not finish putting together this umbrella and sending it back to the company.

Bought product in middle of March. Nylon cord used to crank up umbrella came apart at umbrella end within two months. I repaired it at that time. It again came apart last week and cord is in arm. I read that you have a long relationship with the manufacturer and feel sure you have good results from selling their products. Can't use the product unless I try to modify it myself to work. I realize it is a product on the lower price scale of products in this category, but would have expected it to have lasted more than half a season.

We purchased this umbrella as a replacement for one that had given us 11 years of trouble-free service. On the plus side, packaging and shipping were good. However, when we unpacked it, it was evident that this was a ""cheaply"" made item. The components are very thin plastic and metal. My husband opted to bolt it to the pre-existing cement slab. Okay, so far it looks good. Later that day, a light wind came up. Not a storm by any means. I walked outside to see the umbrella hung up on the tree beside the patio. The metal plate above the crossbars had broken off! Luckily, my husband will be able to fabricate a replacement piece and bolt it to the slab as well. My advise, the purchase price was attractive, but in the long run you really do get what you pay for. In this case, a very inferior product.
