The claw machine is small but it is the right size for what I wanted it for. It was an easy set up and easy to change any of the settings. There is an option to turn the music low or even off, it's too bad the music goes of frequently. It would be nice to change that option, it is definitely does get people attention.

Excellent product! Worked as it should with no worries of breaking down due to mechanical problems. The option to turn the music off is a big plus. The downsides are the top cover was built cheap and fragile since it arrived damaged and pieces of the cover were found scattered everywhere when first opened the box. Also, you're able to lower the sound but not turn off completely which would have been more preferable. Other than that, it's a solid mini commercial claw machine to satisfy fans who love to play in the privacy of their home.

This product was delivered a. week a head of the original delivery date, which was a huge plus. It was a little tricky to get it going, but once I got it up and running, it provided hours of carnival like fun. Be sure to order the little gifts for the machine when you purchase it.

Machine is great size that is substantial but not too big to take over a room in your house. It's smooth, but settings are so hard to figure out on the claw. Our coin sensor stopped working on day 1 as well. There's only a Chinese number to call, so we are returning this one and buying another to get it fully functioning. I do think my son will love it for his birthday.

The Claw Machine is well built and the grandkids loved it. Very vague instructions on how to set up and turn on the machine, I had to go to the internet to find the hidden mini-ON button. Inside camber was missing 3 screws which caused the claw to get hung up, error-4. Wrote the company and they replyed with "passed it on the proper department", still no instructions.

Doesn't come with power cord. We checked every where no cord in box or inside machine!

So, I stumbled upon this adorable mini claw machine and just had to get my hands on it, despite some sketchy reviews. I took the plunge and ordered it on 1/12/24, practically bouncing with excitement. But lo and behold, after the expected delivery date of 1/19/24 came and went, I received a notification about a delay. I decided to play detective and tracked the package with FedEx, only to find out that they hadn't even received it – talk about a disappearing act! After a call to customer service and a request for a refund, they came through like champs. Lesson learned: next time the reviews say "buyer beware," I'm definitely heeding their warning. Note to self: steer clear of this seller in the future!

Very unhappy.. i looked so forward to getting this machine. Its pretty heavy so I struggled to bring it up upstairs in my apartment. Turns out one of the lock (which I have to open to turn on the machine) does not open. I think it was made wrong, the lock system probably does not align inside.. other two locks are fine, but cannot turn in the machine :( now i havw to bring it back to walmart for a refund. Truly disappointed ..I hope this issue can be resolved and I could get a working machine

Horrible. Pretty sure I was sent a used machine as the zip ties were all broken which allowed the claw to smack the mirror and scratch it up. There were dents and scratches on the machine and when powered on had many more issues. Settings wouldn't save - tried to turn off the music as well as turn down the volume because it is LOUD, but the volume was stuck at max no matter what I did. Payout settings didn't work either, and after only a couple of plays I got a sensor error and discovered that the prize sensor was completely busted. Returned this to the store and am now going to try and go with the VEVOR machine. This being the cheapest one makes it tempting to buy, but don't make the same mistake I did!

Arrived heavily broken from poor packaging… won't even turn on and I did flip both switches.. it's heavily dented and sustained so much force it's out of alignment and hard to even open doors or access coin tray. The unit won't power at all. I suspect from the damage.. I reached out for support.. no idea what to do.
