Mini with hummus, sliced cucumber, fresh cilantro or dill is my idea of a perfect snack. Alternative filling: peanut butter and a bit of orange marmalade. Nutritious and easy prep.

I swear by these for all of my sandwiches and dips. They are low, calorie, low carb and are a great substitute for other carbs.
