The product is excellent… I enjoy the taste and the minimal calories with the product. That said it is very expansive to bring it into Canada individually. It would be great if you could make your way into Canadian grocery stores as well have next to no bread type products of this kind.
Making your own mini pizzas at home is almost too easy. Grab a couple of Joseph's Flax Pita Breads, swipe on some pizza sauce, and shower them with Violite Just Like Mexican Style Shreds. Slide them into a 325° oven for 5-7 minutes or until it's baked to your preference and boom — you've got a crispy, melty, ridiculously simple snack that feels way fancier than the effort it took.
This is my go-to pita bread. Not only is it great for wraps, but it also makes a delicious small pizza. I toast in my convection oven for mini pizzas. I always have this product in my pantry.
Love these, i'm on a keto diet and I use these pitas as a crust for a personal size pizza. It's the perfect size and it comes out fantastic. Just put all your toppings on the top and I put it in the air fryer to bake
I love these. They're a little fiber-y tasting but I don't mind that. The flavor is good and I love the way they fit my macros for the day - very easy to have two without blowing my diet. This is the only wrap that really fits well into my macros for the day. I love packing them with vegs. a protein, and Skinny Girl dressing. Delicious and filling.
This pita bread is thin and doesn't have much flavor but that's true of other pocket breads. This one seems to be a healthy choice and, although thin, can be carefully stuffed with just about any meat or vegetable you like, or a combination of the two. I prefer thicker pita, which toasts better, but this one is good enough to recommend if you like a reasonably healthy option and use a minimal amount of stuffing.
Only 1 gram of sugar with 0 sugar makes this a healthier option to other brands. Otherwise, two ingredient: Almonds add palm oil. Unfortunately, palm oil is 85% saturated fat, while olive oil, corn and soybean oils are 15% saturated fat. Maybe Walmart will evaluate healthier options.
These are very thin. Be careful pulling them apart. They taste great. Good for sandwiches, or for something you don't need a lot of bread for. Used them for pizza melts.
I like the split pita for using in sandwiches, etc. The only problem is the split pockets are slightly flimsy. It is so hard to find a pita that is already split. The quality is good just wish they were firmer.
I literally had to choke one bite of this brand of pita down. These are super thin, flavorless, chewy and grainy. I guess with pita bread you get what you pay for and these were not that expensive.
