I've had other brands that last much much longer, these got moldy in the fridge after less than a week, they hadn't even hit their expiration, I didn't get it at all. I freeze them immediately now

The taste is poor and below expectations. Why didn't they write that it is low-fat? This bread is tasteless! I regret buying it and would repeat that!

I did not receive the whole wheat in my order, but the white bread instead. It is fine if you like white bread, it's just not to my taste.

Customers should never have to question the safety of food purchased from Walmart. What makes this situation even more troubling is that this is not the first time I have encountered moldy bread from your store. This appears to be a recurring problem, and I demand to know why it has been allowed to continue. This is not a simple refund request. This is a formal food safety complaint. I demand that Walmart take the following actions: Immediately investigate this incident and the affected batch. Remove all potentially affected products from the shelves without delay. Determine how mold-contaminated bread was permitted to remain on sale. Investigate whether other customers may have purchased products from the same batch. Provide a clear explanation of the corrective measures that will be implemented to prevent recurrence. Escalate this complaint to a store manager or the appropriate food-safety supervisor. I have photographs of the affected products and packaging, including the expiration/best-by dates, and I expect this complaint to be treated with the seriousness it deserves. I am deeply disappointed that a company of Walmart's size and reputation would allow visibly spoiled food to be sold to customers, thereby putting their health at risk. This is entirely unacceptable. I expect a prompt and substantive response—not a generic apology or a simple refund.
