Always like his recipes
I love his recipes. I watch his YouTube videos all the time. This is a very well put together book of all his recipes. Well maybe not all of his recipes but a good amount of them.

The book is well written, with funny jokes and a very relaxed but clear style, great for beginners like me. It's be nice as a gift to those who are interested in improving their cooking without too much formality

Beginner friendly, informative. Makes a great gift
The book is beginner friendly, it's easy for my 8 year old to follow the directions. It's very informative and funny even. So far the recipes we've made are really tasty. Definitely makes a good gift for anyone that enjoys being in the kitchen. We're loving it so much I got another one of Joshua's cookbooks.

Phenomenal Cookbook!
I spotted this book largely discounted so I decided to finally buy it after seeing in on everyone's "holy grail" cookbook list. Needless to say, I am completely blown away. I've only had a few weeks and am constantly using it. I feel like I'm actually learning from these recipes and not just following steps. It's written in a very relatable way and the dishes consist of things I'd normally eat daily. I also really like how you get different versions of the same recipe or suggestions on how to personalize and adapt these ingredients and methods to your personal taste. Well done.

Cookbook bible
This book is amazing I live by it like a bible. It literally has every recipe that is important to learn. It is made so easy. I don't have to run to the store for everything because he teaches you how to make all foods that are important naturally.
