[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just discovered the Journee brand about two years ago and am so happy that I did. They make quality shoes in wide widths. These boots are great! Beautiful color, just the right heel height, they fit my calves and are very comfortable. They run true to size and the regular wide fit me well. I do find the heel to be bigger and slip a bit in these but nothing a sock won't fix. When they were delivered, I put them on straight away. My husband came home from work and his first words were “Nice Boots!” I haven't had a chance to wear them out but can't wait! They will look good with my jeans and a nice sweater or a dress. They will pretty much go with anything. I came back to the website to order a pair in black but they are totally sold out.

I was worried that these wouldn't zip over my ankles comfortably, especially when I saw that it wasn't a full zipper; but alas! They fit perfectly! I did get the XL Calf and that combo worked perfect for my ankle space. They were comfortable to walk in and I wore them all day the first day with no problems. I suppose this means I'm getting the tan ones as well. Treat yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I didn't see in the description that these are wide calf but they fit like they are. Very cute boots but just way too big at the top for me.

Boot is okay for the price. Heel scuffs easily. I'm a small frame so the calf opening is pretty big, but for the price I'll make do.

size 12 women's are usually a little large for wearing with socks... this boy is cute but the size extremely tight at 12! Sad to have to return it.
