sandals are true to size with a little extra room width wise, and look like the picture. they have a zipper on back so not hard to put on, they are flat without extra support so i wouldn't recommend them if you are going to be on your feet a lot and have feet problems. cute strappy sandals.

I love these sandals! Not only do they look dressy enough for a date night but they're also casual enough to wear to church or even to the grocery store.

The straps for the Women's Journee Collection Hanni Flat Strappy Sandals were too loose to ensure a comfortable fit. The looseness of the straps around the ankle caused concern that they would not provide safe support for walking. We purchased two pairs, and both pairs of sandals were too loose.

They are loose around my feet and ankles but too small. My toes hang off. Normally I have to get wide width shoes, so it's not that my feet are narrow. They're just made oddly shaped.

I fell in love with these Journee Hanni Gladiator Sandals (brown size 8.5) The appearance, style and quality are spot on. The right one fit a little loose and the left was tighter. I don't know if it's just me being short at 5'3, but walking around my living room, they caused blisters where the zipper and the back of my ankle/leg meet. I only had them on for a few minutes. I really liked them, but sadly I will be returning them.

The sandals looked flimsy and did not fit. The lenth was appropriate, but the straps were much too large for my feet. There's no way to adjust them, so I had to return them.

The straps were cracked and shoe rubbed on the back of your heel, no soft cushion.

Do not order from Walmart because I have 2 pairs of the same color and I ordered one of three colors. I sent back over %26 over several times and ended up with only one color and 2 pairs! A very stressful time trying to get the shoes in the right size for me and never got the other two colors!

Do not order on line as I got %26 sent back several pairs and by the time I got the right size they were sold out and I never could get the other two colors that I had ordered all at the same time. I finally just gave up because they were never going to get the right size and color of the other two pairs! I have never had such a bad experience!
