Shoes arrived on-time and are very comfortable.

The Marci loafer runs big in the width, so they not only slip on but they slip off. I even tried adding an addition in sole but they still did not fit properly to stay on.

I received 2 left shoes... the shoe is comfy, but I did need a left and a right shoe. Someone is out there with 2 right shoes... lol! The people packaging the pairs need to be educated on Left and Right. When holding up your hands, the left hand does make a L. I did loved the style, and was disappointed when I wasn't offered a replacement. I do hope the left and right shoes hook up

do not for properly. u cant return cause j dont own a printer so im out of my money. money i don't have to throw away. i want my refund. send me a return label. im handicapped and cant go out unless to dr. i need a label to return.
