Jovial Organic Einkorn All-Purpose Flour 32 oz Powder

This is the only flour i use for my bread now. I use it for toast and it is so good. It's a great healthy flour. Highly recommend if you make your own bread. On the Jovial website there is a basic recipe with only four ingredients! Love it.

I replaced a cup of red wheat flour for the Einkorn to my batch of bread. It tasted good. The Einkorn arrived fresh with a good date.

Yes this ancient wheat is phenomenal and I highly recommend it to everyone who is searching for a better relationship to wheat in their diet, but not at $65.00 for one 32 oz bag. WALMART PLEASE be aware that your price is incorrectly way over charged. A 32 oz bag of Einkorn Flour is priced around $10.00 or less on any site. Please check around to get the correct price. Vitacost sell it for $7.29. Amazon sells a 2 pack for $21.90 and a 5 pack for $36.69. A simple google search alone for Einkorn Flour will reveal what a gross mistake someone has made in listing your price for $65.00.

I like this product. It doesn't cause bloating or that achy feeling like the highly processed wheat flour. I've been able to find the same brand and package size much cheaper in a local store for their everyday price.
