I love this storage bench. I was able to put it together in a snap! I put a pretty blue cushion on it and have gotten a lot of compliments. I use the storage inside for tool and odds and ends and I love that I can lock it! It held more than I expected it to as well.

The seat is much lightweight than the last one that I purchased and had for many years. The wind catches it, and it blew open the other night during a storm which allowed water to get in to the bottom and get our cushions wet that we keep inside the bench for purpose of keeping them dry

The instructions on this bench were difficult to read. While all the parts were labeled, the instructions were not. It took way too long to finally put it together. Ultimately, we were able to figure it out. It took three people and multiple tries. Would not recommend

After finally us completing the assembly, the last thing was the lid to attach, and I cannot get it to attach. There's some type of irregular part that keeps delay from closing completely.

Item instructions were incorrect and the. lid was a bit warped.

Attempted to assemble but couldn't get past step 1. Communications from the seller/customer service stopped after I sent them photos proving the parts don't go together - Monday June 8th 7:56pm, writing this review after over 48 hours passed with no response to the multiple photos and this heaping pile of parts is still taking up my entire porch with no resolution for days.

item arrived damaged. Box ripped and side pc of box is scratched and indented from abuse. someone needs to pickup this unopened box left in driveway for me to get into lanai where it should have been dropped off the first time and replaced with an undamaged seat storage box. Plus cushions purchased separately are different colors. one is cream inwbich i ordered and the other one is green. The storage box is too heavy for me to carryback to the walmart a few miles away. s hodge

The first piece I took out of the box was okay. The second piece was broken. The third piece was broken. They said to contact customer service. No phone number found.
