The plastic material is a bit coarse, the buttons are somewhat stiff and they're not tall enough to be extremely comfortable. The analog sticks are not very precise, normally skewing towards the cardinal directions. The L/R/ZR/ZL are tougher than usual to press. One of my safety straps came with a defective screw and they're not very good at triggering the SR/SL buttons. Nevertheless, it looks identical to a real joy-con for half the price. It's what I expected.
