Joy Lavender Razor For Women Shave Kit with 1 Handle and 3 Razor Blade Refills Includes Shower Holder

I was pleasantly surprised when I received all my Joy shaving goodies, including the razor, shaving cream and refill cartridges. The razor looks so cute in my bathroom and I love the grip handle, makes it easy to shave in a rush!

So cute and such a great value! I love how it's a “women's” razor, yet there are Gillette blades (as opposed to Venus). The packagaing gets an A+, but so does the product itself—I'm actually excited to shave now! The only potential downside I see is the handle getting a little gross (since it's a sticky/grippy material), but it seems easy to clean.

My first Joy razor lasted over 7 years but the handle began to split. I bought this shaver as a replacement. The razor handle was a “squishy” material that felt tacky after using. It was better after using Dawn soap on it. My real issue was the blade. I thought it was me, but every time I used the blades in the package I ended up with numerous cuts and the shave wasn't great. I have refills from my previous razor I am using for now. Hope when I run out the blades will be better than the ones that came with this purchase.

The razor blades do a good job and are staying sharp. I really dislike the handle, though. It's almost a perfect cylinder; there are no flattened indentations for my fingers to grip. Since the whole process of shaving is a slippery, soapy business, I really don't feel like have I have good control and the whole thing could twirl like a top in my hand at any moment. I'm going to try a different brand when these 2 starter blades are done.

It didnt get the job done like how it was supposed to and it left me with lots of unwanted razor bumps!!!!! Will never use this brand ever again in my life

Not a smooth save AT ALL! Doesn't glide across the skin, more or less squeaks and drags the whole waY. You will be left with stubble and a razor burn.

This is the typical BIC razor and felt like it!! Made to compete with razors like Billie and flamingo, it falls WAY short. I threw it away after 2 uses. I have tried billie, flamingo, and joy looking for the best shave. This was horrible. It felt cheap, the shave was not smooth, and I hated it. It's the same as the very cheap BIC razors with a bigger price tag. I would vote Billie razor in 1st place, then flamingo. Joy doesn't even make the cut.

to sum this up, you get what you pay for. I was not at all impressed with this razor. I bought the pink one and the first time using it I had bad razor burns on my legs. I will definitely not be suggesting this razor to anyone I know. It pulls at your skin while shaving and I had to go over the same spot 2-3 times for a completely clean shave. Very disappointing.
