Joyful Expressions Sheet Cake

I ordered this cake in a "full sheet" size for a Girl Scout Bridging Ceremony. It was very professionally decorated and tasted delicious! I wasnt sure what that gray rectangle on the top center of the cake was. It was a plastic, customizable letter board. It came with a full supply of extra letters for reuse and play. I ordered it as yellow cake with buttercream frosting. Everyone loved and it and were asking where it was from. I cut the pieces rather large and this cake fed at least 70 people. I recommend.

The only thing I think that would have made my experience better was if I knew there could have been a specific message written on the board on the cake, but I thought it only had one message.

This was one of the best decorated cakes I have purchased in the last 20 years for a birthday ! My daughter loved it!

For this cake design, there were no specific directions on what needed to be done to add a message. I thought the bakery would put the message on the message board that was provided as part of the decoration. After opening the cake box I didn't see the message I wanted. It took a few minutes to to figure out why there was no message on the message board. It was disheartening to find that I had to lift the message board which turned out to be a box with several racks of letters and numbers to place on the board. This was definitely not what I expected. However, the cake was nicely prepared.

I originally thought the little box on the cake was where the writing would be. When I got it home, I noticed the box on top was empty and couldn't figure out what it was for at first. After opening it, I realized there were letters inside that you're supposed to place yourself. Honestly, even if I had known that ahead of time, it's not something I would have chosen to purchase. It just wasn't what I expected, and it made the experience a bit disappointing.

Walmart bakery staff didn't include the message correctly that should have been on the marquee/message board and when we picked the cake up they had no clue where the letters were for the marquee/message board. About a week later we discovered the letters were inside the message box the whole time.

the cake received had the incorrect message and it had no sprinkles on it. the cake looks very plain. The board was supposed to say 'I scream four ice cream'

The staff wrote the message not on the reader board but below it in cursive. It looked awful. Everyone at the party laughed. Ridiculous.
