I am very impressed about these books, they are high quality! First they are so cute, second each book contains about 8 pages each. Then they have everything included (notebook,wood pencil, rulers with many designs, clear bags and ties. Walmart has become unbelievably unreliable. Almost every order arrives damaged, missing items, or doesn't show up at all. My latest order came with the outer bag ripped, the box broken, and the notebooks inside completely smashed. I pay for Walmart because I don't have a car, yet customer service still insists that I must return the damaged items myself. They refused pickup and kept telling me I have to print a return label before a driver can collect it. I explained clearly that I DON'T have a car, so how am I supposed to go somewhere and print a label? They refused every possible solution and were rude the entire time. When I told them I can't drive, the agent told me to “call your bank” instead of helping. Walmart is forcing customers to accept damaged products while offering zero support. Completely unacceptable.

The oncluded stencils did not work well with the scratchers. Some of the colors at the top of the page were too dark.

I ordered this scratch-off craft box for my daughter's birthday celebration at school, but the wooden sticks were missing. I have no choice but to bring what I have, but it's really disappointing that this craft kit is incomplete. It's awful that I received an incomplete set, especially since I ordered it specifically for her birthday celebration.

It would be a five-star rating if not for the bags that came with the package. Parents, you need to get your own goody bags. the bags in the pack are way tooooo small. You don't want to stress yourselves by using the free bags, period.
