I really wish "it depends" was an option in recommendations, but since it isn't, I have to say "no". I thought these were really cute and wonderful. They are also the prefect choking hazard for small children. They look like candy. Older children, yes. But if you have little ones who love to put things in their mouths, I would say, no. Ultimately, I didn't give them as gifts.

3yr old Granddaughter loved it. Nicely made and smelled good. Best part of it all the toys were squishy.

The kids loved the fizz and the cute little toy. I loved the little plastic cauldrons. I plan on using them for an art project for Halloween later

Very fun bath bombs. However, some of the squishes had faces that rubbed add because of the oils from the bath bombs. Overall very pleases. These were buy one get one when I purchased them off season. They don't expire so they were good to give out to ToT for halloween the following year.
