These are small plastic bags with a pumpkin design on each one. They are a bit smaller then I expected, though they will work for the purpose of giving out candy which is what I wanted them for. I personally prefer to have the candy placed in bags before hand so I can simply hand them out as kids come. It makes it a lot easier and feels cleaner to me. -Jill.
