Love this kit for my 7 year old
This is exactly what I was looking for, for my 7 year old daughter. She LOVES to mix body wash and shampoos togethers and make pretend potions so she is going to love making her own soap. I can't wait to give it to her for Christmas!

Easy fun more than one!
Just made some with my 11 year old granddaughter. She loved that she could make more than only one bar of soap and she used two colors!

Useful handicraft, maybe minus glitter
This was an enjoyable, simple activity for my seven and six year olds. The instructions were clear, the molds worked well and made pretty soaps. The only downside was the glitter. If you melt soap and add glitter, then want to melt more soap in the same container, the residual glitter makes the soap cook faster and gum up. Non-metal glitter or a warning about getting any in the microwave would be nice. A double-boiler could work too if glitter is necessary
