The scooters are 10 out of 10 the speed really good easy assembly battery life it goes really far and it goes 21 miles on a one single charge. The max speed is 19 mph in sport Eco mode it's 9 and then drive mode it is. 19 I would probably write the scooter 10 out of 10 really easy simply though and really durable.
I bought four scooters at once we're not even a full month later and two of my scooters have completely stopped working for no reason they just stopped coming on
Purchased for my Husband for his commute to work,…was not expecting it to be as SOLID as it it and has EXCEEDED all expectations…HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SCOOTER!!!!!
Good all the bolts wiggled out
I've had this scooter for about a month and I think it's a good product. It's good for the cost. Pros: - It does go up to 19 mph but small hill it goes from 8 to 16 mph. - The charge last about 45mins - 1hr 15 mins at its high speeds. - I can easy go 5 or 6 miles before I need a charge. cons: - It's a bumpy ride and it slows up on hills. - I weigh about 190 pounds and it will not carry me up steep hill. I think it is well worth the cost. I would purchase again.
only had scooter for 2 wks. but so far my 11yr olds love it. Speed is pretty fast. Only problem is that the handle screw keeps popping out. we replaced them and problem kept reoccurring. We used Loctite(glue) on screws. problem solved.
If the price of this scooter were any higher, I would not recommend it, however, for the price, it is worth purchasing. You get what you pay for when it comes to scooters, and this one is proof of that. Assembly-simple enough, however, the first time putting the bolts in to attach the handle bars to the stalk, the inner threads stripped to the point of no usability, remedied by wrapping duct tape thrice around the steering stalk to hold the bolts in place. Battery life-abysmal. I have now owned three scooters and although this one was the lowest price of those three, this only does roughly six to seven miles before the battery is drained. I will say though, I have cranked up the torque and the braking settings because, although the city I live in is bike/scooter friendly, being able to accelerate and stop quickly is crucial. With that being said, the brakes are not manual, so they drain the battery quicker, hence, with as much strain as I put on it, I guess degraded range is understandable. Build quality-durable, yet cheap, with the crucial parts being durable and the aesthetic parts being cheap. All of the lights on this scooter are very bright, including the screen which is highly visible in direct sunlight. Acceleration/braking-very impressed with the ability to change these as much as they can be. At first I was seriously dismayed with both, but after adjusting the settings, this scooter accelerates above all expectation. The app-which is used to change settings and lock and unlock the scooter leaves much to be desired. It works well enough but at times is very slow to respond, and the other day the app refused to unlock the scooter, leaving me stranded. The only remedy I found was to install and log into the app on my business phone as the app on my personal phone(which is newer) would not send a response to the scooter(so now I just take both phones in the event one stops working. Charge times are solid. I do worry that there is no manual brake on this one in the event of a malfunction or the motor not responding, I see no way to quickly stop the scooter however it must be noted that the back tire cover is of cheap enough quality one could slam their foot down on it and the friction would slow the scooter down. If you are considering purchasing this as a reliable mode of transportation, IF you must keep the price low, this will do well enough. If you can spend more, go with more.
I will rewrite this after I figure out how difficult they make it to get the info I need since they was stole
Screws didn't stay on mine so handle is a little bit flimsy. Still can ride it no problem though 👍
I bought this scooter from Walmart about 7 months ago, and it has already stopped working. I purchased the insurance through Walmart thinking I would be covered, but they told me that since it's under a year old, I had to contact the manufacturer directly. When I reached out to the manufacturer, their “solution” was to send me replacement parts and expect me to repair it myself. I am not a mechanic, I don't have the tools or the knowledge to do this kind of work, and frankly, I should not have to. When you buy a product with a warranty and additional insurance, you expect real customer service and an actual fix—not to be handed parts and told to figure it out on your own. This whole experience is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. Between the poor quality of the scooter (lasting less than 7 months) and the lack of real support from both Walmart and the manufacturer, I feel this was a complete waste of money. Buyers beware—don't make the same mistake I did.
