Just received my scooter today, test-riding it so far pretty decent. Bought it for my commute to work and back. Came with a full charge which was nice. Also, idk if it came with extra screws or not enough? Seeing as you only need 4, came with 5 , listed 6 idk, but it's nice to have back-ups. id recommend this to anyone on a budget and just looking for something to get you from point A to point B...

My brother brought this for my daughter for Xmas. Let me start by saying, she absolutely loves it! She requested this for Xmas in August. When it was delivered (on time) I absolutely did not expect the box to be so big and heavy. However, that let me know I had a real quality product. It comes 99% assembled and was packed safe and secure. The only assembly required was to attached and use 4 screws for the handle bars. This was the only issue I had. I was a little confused on how to put the handle bars on only because the wire which is attached inside I had to kind of scrunch up and push down the pipe then place the handle bars on keeping the wire inside. I was just a little nervous pushing the wire inside all twisted and bunched up. It seemed like it wasn't the correct way to do that because it doesn't smoothly go inside, I had to push and force it in. But that was correct and what I was supposed to do. It comes with screws and extra screws as well as ally key thing to screw 4 tightly on. It was extremely easy to do and took 3 mins. It had a full charge and it works perfectly. It rides smooth and fast. It does everything the description said it should. No complaints at all and when I learn to ride I will be getting one for myself. The only other thing I wanted to mention is the mobile app you can download to control, change settings, etc. I was definitely happy to see it had an app. It offers several things you can do but my absolute favorite is the ability to lock the bike so it can't be turned on if left unattended (like on your porch or in your yard). I live in a close knitted apartment complex and I don't really worry about leaving my bikes or such things outside my door. But my daughter is 12 and her friends will sometimes see her bike or scooter on the porch and take it for a ride without her knowing (which is okay, they all do it). But with this being what it is, i don't want that happening and as safe and comfortable I am with other things being left unattended, I am not with this item because it is literally a high valued theft magnet. So I love how I can lock for that reason and others. It also has other different great things such as setting speed limits, cruise control, Bluetooth, and my other favorite TRACKING!!. The only issue that bothered me a little with the mobile app is some of the words on all the screens are in another language. While there is English also and I can read everything I need to, there are places that's not English and it's front and center among everything- and it's in places that seem I need to know what it says. There's a setting for language which is set to English but it doesn't change everything to English. It's a small thing but I will say yes it bothers me. Only because it's not like one word or one place it's all over and very noticeable. I'm pretty sure the start up screen is this language only. I know it was shipped from a US state but that makes it me feel like I got it from China or something. 10/10

I think that it's a great scooter for the price. I was a little disappointed that mine won't go to 19 mph like the box said but outside of that it is great!

This item was originally for my daughter 5tf tall at about 190lb an it goes with ease I got one my self one they go over 15mph have cruse control an don't take much to put together they are great

I bought this scooter for my daughter to use at the campground and she loves it! I am able to control the speed with is important to me as a parent and she is available to get around quickly on it which is important to her! Customer service is very responsive and easy to work with if needed. I am happy with this purchase and so is my daughter who loves it.

My son is 17 and isn't driving yet. He uses this scooter to get around. it has great battery life and came with an extra tire. He loves it!

terrible battery life. I also purchased the k11 pro enhanced and was shipped a gt12. told by one of their representative that they gave me a upgrade and gaslighted by another of their employees trying to tell me it's the same. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. THEY WILL SHIP YOU THE INCORRECT ONE

I never received my package I'm so upset an disappointed
