The boy and his dad put it together, very easily no problems, and they were amazed at the power of this little thing has to climb hills, very impressed. In fact, his best friend wants to drive it. It makes him happy to see that his friends approve of his new scooter. Thank you for having this product.
I’ve been using the JOYHIS J078 electric scooter for a few weeks now, and it has completely changed my daily commute. The 350W motor gives plenty of power for city riding, and it easily reaches the advertised 19 mph without struggling, even on slight inclines. The folding design makes it very convenient to carry and store, especially when I take public transport. On a full charge, I can comfortably get close to the 21-mile range, which is more than enough for my daily use. Perfect for commuting or just riding around the neighborhood. Highly recommended!
Love this scooter %26 the cruise control which auto comes on after accelerating same speed with no braking for 10 secs. The battery life for me is great . I don't have to charge it for days. I use it to take me to my 2nd job and back %26 maybe small errands which ia only like 5-8 mins away on the scooter 30 mins walking. I'm around 110 so it does go the speed it advertising so take into acount your weight height, the wind direction etc based off speed. i don't use the app honestly i can navigate majority besides the lock feature from the itself. Of course using different modes such as Eco you'll save more battery vs Sport. Headlight is pretty bright at night which is good. I honestly have no complaints. I bought this scooter to replace my Jetson . only thing I would say is I like the turnibg radius more on my Jetson than this scooter Other than that feature wise this scooter has my old one beat ! Great scooter.
My son was pleased so I was satisfied. His only complaint was after riding for so long, of course occasionally going over bumps in the road, His hands eventually start to hurt, so he recommends riding with gloves if you're gonna ride for a while, especially over bumpy streets. Otherwise he's happy with it. So I'm happy with it. Worth the cost. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE DELIVERS SOMETIMES COME LATE %26 ATE LEFT OUTSIDE WITHOUT ALERTING ME EVEN AFTER I REQUESTED TO SIGN. ITEMS MAY BE STOLEN IF YOU DON'T WATCH OUT.
Wow! I don't usually write reviews, but these are fun! Easy to put together, my kids and I had a blast riding these around the neighborhood (Ages 12 and 14) I weigh 190 lbs and I could still hit 10-14 mph on these, no problem. The battery life is excellent , i tracked it and we rode 3 miles before the battery even went down only 1 bar.
I originally bought this scooter because I was tired of paying for Lime scooters. For background, I'm a freshman in college and I didn't bring my car to school with me, so I was paying an absurd amount of money for Lime scooters. When I was shopping on various platforms for scooters (ex. Walmart, Amazon, etc), I knew that I wanted one for less that 300 and that had good reviews. I stumbled across this specific one because of the decent reviews, and based on the top few I figured it must be a good buy. Fast forward a few weeks to when I actually receive the scooter and I noticed a couple things that were deceptive about the product. FIRST OFF, the only way you're getting 21 miles out of this scooter is by running it on Eco mode (which slows it down to around 6-8mph). At that point, it's almost faster to walk around. As for the other modes, Drive mode gets around 10 miles of range and Sport mode gets around 5. The only usable mode in my opinion is Sport because the others are incredibly slow. SECOND OFF, the "19mph" is not true at all. As a 6', 195 pound man, the scooter will top off around 16mph at full charge, however the second the battery indicator drops from 5/5 to 4/5, the scooter slows to around 13-14mph. It also struggles to get up even the slightest of inclines without slowing down to under 10mph. What's funny is that once you recieve the scooter and read the manual, the manufacturer changes the specs from the online listing to say that the scooter's max speed is 16mph. Definitely concerning if you have to lie about it on the online listing. FINALLY, the build quality is absolute garbage. I've had to tighten the handlebar screws numerous times even though there's "thread locker" on them already. When you're riding it, you'll hear creaks and other concerning noises. Also note that because there is no suspension, riding over bumps is quite uncomfortable. Overall, if you're looking for a cheap scooter that can go around a college campus or around a neighborhood, then I would say this is a decent option if it's on sale. However, if you are trying to go to any further than maybe 3-5 miles per charge, don't even consider purchasing this.
It is a good scooter. It is just a bit slower than other scooter. It is a good scooter. It is just a bit slower than other scooter i have seen. Overall, if you're if you're trying to just get from point a to point B and it is less than 2 miles then you should be good. Great for Short Distances not long distance. It also slows down, depending on the incline
The battery life is awful. If I go 2 miles it will have a zero charge unless I charge it up so no going to the store for a little with it or anywhere really unless I have a safe place to charge it. The max speed is 15 mph not 20. Overall very unhappy with this product and I went to try and return it and Wal-Mary wouldn’t take it because they said it was used. DUH it was used how else am I supposed to know if it works!!
I bought one in December and it stopped working by February: no refund no replacement. I ordered another one and 2 weeks it’s dying on 2 bars and a piece just came off which makes the scooter rotate all the way around. Dangerous!!
This scooter has good speed and is easy to set-up and go. Where it falls short is the battery dies quickly and the motor gets hot after 10 minutes of riding which gives off a burning smell. I only rode it 3 times, but overall I was not happy with this product.
