Its very good quality for the low price I paid for this. I got it for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it, all of her cousins beg to ride it when they come over. It was very easy to assemble, my 12 year old assembled it by her self in less than 10 minutes. The battery is long lasting and she loves the speed on this thing, especially that she can adjust the speed to where she wants it.i rate this a 10 out of 10 and highly recommends.

Just got mine and I absolutely love it. Top speed is 16mph which is pretty good. I will say I wish the battery life lasted longer, but if you dont have it in sport mode it'll last for a little while! Overall it's worth the money and good for making little trips around town/city.

I've been using the JOYHIS electric scooter for a little while now, and I'm extremely impressed with its performance and build quality. I purchased this scooter for my grandson. It was very easy to assemble. He love the speed, bluetooth capability. The charging is fast. His adult sister and father was raved about it and want one for themselves.

This scooter is amazing. We bought it for our 10 yr old as a Christmas gift and he loves it. I rode it as well it was fast %26 fun! Would definitely purchase again as it is worth every penny of the $142 we spent on it.

Got this for my 13 year old and it is a bit faster than his old one! His sister and her friends keep wanting to steal it.

I do like this item, but for me, as adult.Not so well, but this is really good for traveling in the neighborhood or going down.The street to the gas station or for kids, teens going to a school that's around the corner

The reason why I am giving 2 stars is because we got this scooter for our son for Christmas and he waited 2 days after Christmas to even get it as when he got to finally open it, the thing won't even charge. So ow we have to get a refund and prefer a new one .... so now he is waiting even longer to get to use his main Christmas gift . It is so heartbreaking to see your child so excited ad happy that he got the gift he wanted and then to see him so disappointed when he can't eve use it.... I get it that ish happens but you'd think this kind of stuff would be tested!!

It stopped working three weeks after we got it. The throttle will not engage the scooter. I have asked multiple times to contact joyhiss and they have never responded.

I never received my online order but my son's friend has one and he loved it. Waiting for a new one.
