This set is great condition. They are sharp, high carbon steel. The handles are made of a beautiful wood that lays nicely in your hand when cutting. There was a care instructions card included which i appreciate a lot, so my knives can last as long as possible.

Only thing I'm not a fan of is they are a little high maintenance when it comes to cleaning them. They have to be hand washed and dried right away or they'll rust. No putting these in the dishwasher or letting them drip dry in a drying rack.

I'm not saying I have swiped a steak house knife in the past but if I had, I would say these cut even smoother. The packaging made me not want to use them to begin with because it was rather fancy.
