I got the item faster than expected and when I messaged them about my dog chewing up the charger not even 24 hours after receiving it I emailed them and I offered to buy a charger off them and they were very helpful and sent out a new charger asap with no charge. For a younger rider this is perfect. We bought this for my 3 year old for Christmas to keep up with her older sisters. So far the battery life has been fine. The only downside is it can not ride on grass. It seems to be good quality and she likes it. The speed is perfect for that age range.

I was very much in love with this toy for my grandson. He had an hour of riding around the square of sidewalk in our neighborhood with him being happy I’m always happy but my biggest concern is that’s a training wheel would not stay on correctly and kept going up off the sidewalk. My grandson is not very good at balancing himself so so far he has not been able to ride that bike is sitting in my closet because it seems like the return is very difficult and I would love to exchange it or cause he can’t even ride it because he can’t balance himself

Bike was easy to assemble, it’s sturdy and my 3yr old loves it. However, the wheels are hard plastic giving it barely any grip on different surfaces.

Was a bit hard to put together, granted that it’s just tightening screws. Also the biggest issue I’ve had is getting in contact with the seller. The bike is missing the front fender, and I’ve reached out multiple times to the seller and I have yet to obtain a response.

This would have been a really cool gift if a main plastic piece didn’t get shipped damaged and cracked. It had easy assembly and looks nice and seems to work well so far. Walmart doesn’t allow me to just request the one damaged part. I don’t want to return the whole thing just be able to replace what came damaged. Would have been an awesome gift otherwise.

Good for age 2/3 not. Would not recommend past three I have a five-year-old that was way too big for it.
