Garbage
I've been taking magnesium glycinate for years due to a condition. I have to chew these tablets/capsules so I know the taste of magnesium. This product is garbage. Do not even waste your time. Look up the company and you will find out it does not even exist. This is packaged by a third-party company and they just stick a label on it with this brand name. Basically useless powder inside a capsule.
