I like very much this bassinet, it's the best for what i need for me and my baby!

I am very happy to have it. My baby can sleep through the night on the first night of use. I can comfort him as soon as he cries at night. However, when I received the product, the zipper had a little problem, it took me a while to fix it, fortunately, it is ok in the end. I wish the width of the crib could be bigger, it would be perfect for me.

Extremely easy to put together, larger than I thought, almost the length of a twin bed. Crib mattress does not fit and the mat it comes with is not soft and rather harder than I’d like for my son. Good quality for the price but not the best. Teal color is more muted/grey tone in person, which personally I like. Side pouch isn’t very sturdy and you turn a knob on the music box like a timer for it to spin and play music. Does not spin the toys without playing sound. Wish I would’ve spend the extra $20/$30 for a better quality one but overall good and do recommend. I am getting firm foam and creating a topper for the mat. This will work for my son for a very long time.

This arrived and my daughter was so excited! We promptly took this bassinet/playpen out of the box and set it up so she would be able to see it before her baby shower! Put the mobile together and installed at the end of the bassinet, turned the knob slightly to ensure movement and the pin that is supposed to hold it tight in the motor FELL OUT! It won't even snap into place so it's secure! I contacted JoyMor about the issue and they've offered to send me $10?? Then when I requested just a new mobile for this item they offered $20? And said I could throw a few bucks in of my own to just buy one off the internet? It's a safety hazard! What if there was an infant lying under it when it fell? What if a new parent were to put their infant down, turn the mobile on and walk away? THERES A METAL PIN STICKING OUT THAT COULD INJURE AN INFANT! My request for a non defective replacement mobile has not been addressed. Getting ready for a new baby is not cheap! The mobile is part of the item as packaged and JoyMor should replace what's damaged. It's a safety hazard and I should not have to fork out more money for a replacement! The mobile is one of the reasons I purchased this item.. my daughter likes the item and asked I not return.. I just want the defective item replaced, no hassles! And maybe JoyMor to stand behind safety!

The bed itself is great the bassinet part is lower in the crib than most pack n playa but the mobile is not durable it broke and wouldn't tighten on the side straight out of the box

Purchased this as a gift for our new grandson %26 just learned it is defective. It was put together recently and the plastic piece at bottom is warped causing it not to open completely. This is not safe for the infant. Purchased on 03/17 so I guess I am at a loss with this useless crib! Any help is appreciated!!

You shipped it to the wrong location. I told you it was for a 2 month old with intense heart surgery just home. In the hospital for 2 months since birth. Home ONE DAY. got the bassinet, I'm 110 miles away. Twice. Twice you said wrong home. you'd fix it . Your Walmart store is 6 miles from the newborn. You did nothing so I got it there. Your c serv people said it's all I can do. I asked to put whatever it took on my credit card to get it to this single mom, home from 2 months in the hospital. I didn't want free I wanted help. I will for the rest of my life avoid your organization. She needed you. I offered to pay for an employee or courier to go. Nope. 48 hr to resolve it. People are not supposed fail a little boy with an incision from his trachea to his pubis to rebuild his heart. You did. I offered $10,000 to get her what she needed. Nope. Someone at your end either1 needs retraining or 2 is a hero poster boy for using bureaucracy for profit. I am so ashamed of your 2 persons BOTH of whom promised. But this little guy sleeps alive still. Do something. Yes I paid for it. Yes I offered to pay anything for one of you to take it 6 min away. I didn't ask for free, but you people have the karma you've earned. His name is Kingston and he didn't ask for this. I owned a company for 30 years. We supplied medical oxygen to kids. If it was safe, legal and ethical, we did it. You people could take a lesson. I will avoid walmarr like venom.

The mechanisms to lock the foldable side rails into place do not function properly. Either they will not lock into place or when locked into place will not unlock. Disappointed with the quality of these mechanisms as this bassinet is meant to be foldable. There is very little customer support with this brand, can only contact them via email.
