Very easy to install and heats more than I could have imagined. I can't wait to use the air conditioning next summer if it is as good as the heat is. highly recommend
This machine is quiet. It was also easy to install for tenants. The only issue is the amount of square footage the unit covers. The location of this unit is in a living room because that is how construction built the building. You would need another fan or space heater to maximize the air in the living room.
The reason I put a 3 star and NO on the recommended is because the heater on it isn't the heat I thought would come out of it. Very poor heat. As for colling it does fine. The comments from others made me think the heat was great but it's not.
I really hate I bought this ac I thought I was getting a good deal. The compressor comes an it cuts right off the fan blows slower than a box fan the air is cold but you have to sit right in front of it to feel it and it makes a sound like a quiet roarI wish I could get it fixed I ran the test it says everything's ok but I guess it cannot check the compressor, I was just telling a family member to get one not now 🙅♀️
It’s not working properly, only low mode and I don’t have the box to send it back or I would!
I put it tighter cut it on and no heat I reset it waited 10 minutes and let it run for over a hour and still no heat just blowing air so I am gonna return it I would not recommend this ac with heat it was. a 8000 btu and it wasn’t worth the money maybe for the ac but not the heat so I packed it and gonna take it back don’t waste your money are time with this one it’s junk
The heat function does not work very well. It blows cold air with hot air "behind" the cold air. It's just very strange. The remote does not light up so I have to turn get up and turn on the bedroom light each time I need to adjust the unit which is very frustrating. The AUTO setting really isn't AUTO, I guess it means it automatically sets the temperature to 73 and keeps it at that temp. However, I want my auto temp to be much lower.
Hello yes one once we got the air-conditioning installed it’s not blowing strong enough to cool the area down to keep it cold inside so it’s not a very good quality
it came in broke wont heat i talked to Walmart they wont fix call the factory they wont fixit is junk
When I bought this, I paid for installation of this air conditioner. Since then the order has come in. I have the air conditioner, but there's no installation and the order is not even recorded on Walmart. They've just taken it out and it's disappeared. I am very angry over this. I would not recommend anybody to buy this with the installation.
