Joyous 2 Person Far Infrared Sauna with Canadian Hemlock (Low EMF)

We love our two person sauna. It heats up quickly and is very efficient and safe. It unfortunately did not come with assembly instructions and we were not able to contact the company because we assembled it on a Saturday. However, we did figure out the assembly on our own and it was fairly easy. I do feel it needs a larger red light to make an impact. We will purchase an additional one and install it ourselves. The design and build is very practical and looks great. We love the wood smell and look.

We love our sauna! My husband has used it almost daily and the Bluetooth and chromotherapy light make it simply amazing. Set up was straightforward with just the two of us, took about 45 minutes start to finish. Warming up the sauna takes a good 10 minutes but wow you get a good sweat going. Solidly built, lots of nice features, and can easily fit two people. We are very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this same sauna a few years ago and LOVED it. I recently sold my house and the buyer asked if we would include it. I can't blame them because it's awesome. Once we got into our new home, I was happy to see I could buy the same sauna again. The packaging this time was upgraded to protect it in transit. It arrived on time and not damaged (did not have any issues the first time either). I am extremely happy with this sauna as well. The control panel has been updated and is easy to navigate. It heats quickly and feels great. I am pleased that the quality is still high and a few improvements have been made but it is still reasonably price. Definitely worth it for the price.

We have really enjoyed our sauna and have recommended it to our friends. I am hoping to be in contact with JNH and see if they have options to incrementally add full spectrum to our current sauna. I also would love to know more about the chromotherapy and ionizer and how this increases the positive benefits we are already experiencing. The delivery was well communicated and very timely. The product was easy to put together although the directions were not clear that the cord that connects all the panels to the energy source is tucked inside the wall. We had to back track and find this. The directions could just be a little more clear.

My Joyous 2 arrived 11/12/19. So, here we are 2 yrs later. All I can say is... WOW. This is *easily* the best purchase I have ever made. I am thankful literally every. day. You know, having received mine at the start of a Texas Winter, I wondered if I would also be inclined to use it during a Texas Summer. Well, the answer is 'absolutely'. I usually get in every morning (then shower for work). Often this is after having worked out (at home). I have been amazed at how well it works. I usually turn on for about 10 mins before getting in (but, if pushed for time, this is not necessarily required). This sauna has actually turned out to be a special quiet place for me... (every time I enter I get an image of Moses coming before the burning bush). I have some special reading material that I keep inside. I also take my iPhone in but not my Apple Watch. No problem whatsoever for the iPhone. I have the Foot Warmer and one backrest. The foot warmer gets incredibly hot. I usually place my feet on the edges of it but if my toes are cold this thing is perfect (has a glass top, very comfortable). The only thing I wish this unit had is the ability to turn on remotely or schedule a time for it to come on... but, really, no big deal. So do I recommend? Heck yeah! In fact, I have told many people that I could see Infrared Saunas as a new *must* for every home. FINAL NOTE: I actually installed this thing all by myself. Very easy to assemble. Piece of cake for 2 people. A little tricky for 1 person. Once you get the first 2 walls connected, it is very smooth sailing.

We installed it. I helped hold things. It was a little heavy but we both managed. We didnt have to ask the kids for assistance.the glass doors are the heaviest.However It is heavy better to have extra hands if your not able

We're about a month in of using our JNH sauna. Delivery was easy and carefree, setup was fairly easy with the video help that they sent and we've been loving having this sauna in home for the many health benefits!

So happy with this purchase ! It exceeded my expectations in appearance & I love the light therapy too ! It is helping me get through winter climate better than ever !

The whole experience has been delightful. I ordered from JNH on recommendation from a family friend, whose whole extended family has all purchased JNH saunas over the years and have had no problems. I'm very good at research, but trying to figure out the best sauna to order is nearly impossible. The review websites I found were clearly sponsored and biased, and many of the saunas I saw (not JNH) were just the same box with a different label on it. I realized my best bet was to go with a brand I knew stood behind their products and had good customer service. The pre sales questions I had were all answered promptly and with no pressure. My order arrived sooner than I expected. The delivery was professional and they called first so I didn't have to stay home all day. The shipping packaging was amazing, there wasn't a scratch on any of the boxes. Best of all there were none of those styrofoam pieces that leave snowy pellets everywhere. Setup was also easy and my husband and I only argued once about which way the Y cable went. Do be smarter than us and assemble it right where you want it to be when you are done because it is a little heavy to move very far afterwards. Easy to operate. It DOES heat up in 5 minutes, but we let it heat up for15 before we get in as then we start to sweat just a little faster and we are often on a tight schedule. It looks beautiful (we put plants on and around it). No off gassing or odors of any kind. Feels very sturdy. I did have to contact customer service about an issue with the bluetooth and they replaced the unit without question, no paperwork, no hassle, they just believed me. As for health benefits, I bought the sauna on recommendation from my doctor after trying everything else (and having it not work) to reduce stress. I have data that this works. I use an Apple Watch to keep track of my stress, and instead of showing me boiling lava it now shows a nice cool blue or green.

Heats up quickly. Instructions are very outdated, would have saved a bit of a headache with updated instructions and QR code video. One heating panel arrived cracked and I am still waiting for the replacement. Did not rate 5 stars because the panels don't line up flush to each other so there are some gaps at the corners. Minute, but still if there's even a slight opening Inknow that I am losing some benefit of how efficient the sauna is working. Extremely pleased with customer service and the ease of reporting the cracked heating panel. I know it's on the way just taking a really long time to arrive.
